Each season the garments have become more and more complicated in design and style. We therefore only use skilled Tailors with years of school and experience under their belt. FLINGA wants to support women who work independently. Each tailor is a female entrepreneur in a development country with each a unique story

In addition Flinga has the pleasure of working with two wonderful
factories in Thailand Bangkok. It took its time, but in the end we found places to manufacture that not only satisfy our quality quest, but also serve as an inspiring working environment, especially for women. Each factory are owned by two different sisters, who have more than 30 years of experience in addition to patternmaking school in their younger days. The working premisses of everyone on those factories, will meet any working regulations of any european country, including an eight hour work day, weekends off and holiday time.
